Pumpkin seeds are often an ingredient in a traditional mole. Squash in a chili sauce would have been incredibly common in pre colonial Central and South America, as well as turkey. That burrito makes perfect sense. Whether or not it's executed well is another question. But culinarily speaking it is most definitely not a troll.
