For anyone doing the Badge of the Day on Kongregate for the medium badge, try this (for Firefox):
1) Press Ctrl + Shift + I to open up the browser console window.
2) Where you see buttons for Inspector, Console, Debugger, hover to the right until you see an icon with three panes, which when hovered, says "Select an iframe as the currently targeted document".
3) Click on that icon, and select the iframe for the game window.
4) In the console, type "gem.kongregate.stats.submit("complete",1);" and then press Enter. You should be rewarded your badge.
This works for both Trader of Stories Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.
