  3. Run a ping or tracert test to Google dns while this is happening. I’m interested in hearing the results. It would rule out your isp vs YouTube being the bottleneck.

  5. I don’t think it’s a ddos attack, if it was it would have to be on your home IP.
    Then it would not stop when you end/restart the stream.

    Maybe you got some issues with the software you use to communicate with match.
    Possibly that service is under attack.
    But then again unless you share a link to it I don’t see how they can know what IP to start pinging.
    Unless maybe if you have some spyware on one of your computers.
    But that should only happen if you click a dodgy link or open a weird file send to you.
