Happened to me once at a native casino in western Minnesota. Put 200 in, betting $4 a spin, and cashed out at $1178. Two weeks later, i go to the same machine at the same casino, put another $200 in, $4 spins, and hit the free spins back to back to back, cashing out at $1768. Machine called for an attendant handpay, not a jackpot handpay. I took the money and ran. Went back about three weeks later, that machine was just gone. Not relocated but just outright gone. I'm under the impression they took that thing out back and shot it.
