21. The hard truth is nobody is willing to retire this man's Jersey on any franchise. Steph and LeBron guarantees their jersey will be hung but KD nobody. Yeah you could argue with Oklahoma but he didn't accomplished anything there than 1 MVP and a few Scoring titles. And of course just 1 finals appearance.
