YouTube has had a notorious problem with comment bots for years, and here’s another example of why they need to crack down.

Some bots put like Arabic words and then the translation is “you are cursed you are going to die in a week and the only way to break the cursed is to subscribe to their channel”💀
i also see roblox videos with bots stealing original comments and they get more likes than the original which is not fair they used bot likes
Yet YouTube prides itself for being family friendly.
Banning ip wouldn’t stop the bots when vpn’s exist.
If you are a human you get censored all the time not even knowing about it – but if you are a botnet then you need not to care – at least several bots from your swarm will always slip through the filters and then you have freedom to write whatever you like wherever you like. It works completely backwards… Why isn't there a captcha, two-factor verification or something to filter out real people once and for all. My guess is they care too much about ads than about having real people on the platform – like Amazon – it can be a complete mess as long as it makes $$$. After all you are not the customer – you are the product. The advertisers are the actual customers – in that sense YouTube works perfectly.

If YouTube removed the ability to keep making accounts from the same IP address they would just use a VPN
Ima go on an alt, go to all these videos that have the biggest sorce of these bots. And just report report report report report and report. Report ALL of these channels and comments.

It's usually the youtubers that upload "good" content every day that have the scam bots.
There's a lot of Russian bots they've been getting out of hand ever since the Ukraine invasion they are none stop now.

Google has the resources to fight these spam bots but of course they decide to hide dislikes instead
If its driving traffic I am sure ThemTube are making revenue out of the spambots so may not be in a hurry to fix it. Wonder if reporting the Bots does anything ?

remember the april 2020 bots like Tom and Logan? that's when youtube actually listened and banned all of those accounts, now all that youtube does is remove unnecessary things and not even do anything about the bots or the dislikes that the community is all complaining about
The ones that disgust me are the ones that say "Support Map Pride! Age is just a number and that's a fact!" It's disgusting
Google could easily fix and delete all bots if they wanted. I think they somehow benefit from bots so they don't do anything.

These bots are a parasite. Like a colony of Xenomorphs. I hope there is a solution to remove the bots as much as I hope YouTube can pull themselves together. And I wouldn't be surprise if Sigourney Weaver were to come in and get rid of the bots.
