  1. Wholeness why waste taxpayers money when the whole world know it was not Russia that did it. We are living in a sickkkkkk world

  2. The MH17 court found the defendants guilty on the basis of circumstantial evidence only. Even if we accept as a fact that the militia had a Buk and a rocket was launched from the field near Pervomaykiy, this does not mean that it was she who hit the Boeing. There were hostilities, BOTH warring parties fired, and the missile that hit the Boeing could also be launched from another location, by the other side of the conflict. This version has not been considered. The court stated that "… if it is convincingly proven that it was a missile from a field near Pervomaisky that shot down MH17, then this already rules out any other scenario." But the question is that THIS is proved only by circumstantial evidence, it is not at all convincing!

  3. Ukraine, as a participant in the investigation, had the opportunity to influence the investigation and manipulate the evidence – provide the investigation team with information in a dosed manner – stick out what is beneficial for itself and hide the facts that expose it. For example, to hide the negotiations of the Ukrainian military or some eyewitnesses pointing to the guilt of Ukraine.

  4. The investigation and trial in the MH17 case were carried out by interested parties – victims and suspects (Ukraine). For this reason alone, the results cannot claim independence and objectivity.
