A South Carolina woman says her ex-boyfriend bit off her lip when she tried to break up with him. “He wanted to make me ugly so no one would love me,” said 19-year-old Kayla Hayes. She was just 17 when she dated Seth Fleury, who she says was controlling. After 11 months of dating, Kayla says she tried to break up with him, and that’s when he leaned in for an uninvited kiss and bit off her lower lip. She has since undergone surgery to rebuild the lip.
